This package is intended for clients who are looking for an online interior design consultant in Boston. Maybe just to pick a design expert’s brain for their own projects or for those who need assistance with refreshing a corner of their home. This may involve paint color recommendations, floor plan design, sourcing a furniture piece or two to finish out your room, bookshelf and accessory styling, or material selection advice. This package can be a virtual or in-person.

This package is for clients who want help designing and decorating their home on a deeper level with the Oliver James aesthetic in mind. With our expertise and industry knowledge, we will provide you with a custom, thoughtful design and tools to bring your dream room(s) to life. Our Boston online interior design consulting is an excellent option for those who want a designer's eye but can invest the time and energy to execute the design plan themselves. This package includes:

Full-Service Design
This package is for clients looking for premier interior design services in the Boston area. Oliver James Interiors incorporates a seamless and hands-on approach whether it be in the initial planning phase of new construction or within an existing space. Our goal is to relieve you of the stress of building and designing your beautiful home, an investment for years to come. We have years of experience with interior design services in the Boston area that help us guide you through creating a custom, detail-oriented, and storied design. We bring the design that you envision to life while also handling all of the procurement, project management, and installation that comes with it. This package includes:

The Full Service Process
PHASE ONE
An initial phone call to discuss your hopes and dreams with your home project and a chance to ask questions is key to a great working relationship. Like what you hear and want more? An initial flat fee kicks off your one hour on-site consultation where we discuss what your goals are for your project(s), aesthetic, desired mood, and more. Oliver James Interiors will use this information to dream up a customized design proposal to present to you which will include our estimated design fee, estimated materials and furnishings budget, and a look into the process. This process allows you to decide if we are the right fit for your needs.
PHASE TWO
If we are awarded your project and a LOA is signed, we waste no time digging in. A second site visit is conducted to collect detailed measurements of the space, evaluate the condition of the room(s), and take the necessary photos for reference during the project. The formal design presentation is then prepared and will include a 2D floor plan with a furniture and lighting layout, design concept board, proposal with all products and services listed. On presentation day we meet with you to review the exciting new design(s) over complimentary snacks and refreshments.
PHASE THREE
Procurement: Once the material and furnishing proposals have been approved by you and payment has been received, Oliver James Interiors gets to work behind the scenes with purchasing, initiating custom fabrications, sourcing and coordinating tradespeople, handling freight and receiving logistics all while wearing our design and project manager hats in the process. Besides getting a designer's eye and expertise, this is where hiring an interior designer is especially valuable for many clients!
PHASE FOUR
Installation Day: If your project is a blank slate we will typically schedule a day specifically for delivering all of your furnishings and decor at once. Oliver James Interiors plays your fairy god mother by transforming your home based on the design we specially curated for you. After installation, it's REVEAL DAY! This is our all time favorite day. The day we have all been waiting for and why we love our job so much! You will get to see your investment and hopes and dreams come to life. Now all that is left to do is make memories in your beautiful new space(s).
